At Kline Immigration Law, we provide expert legal guidance in immigration law. Our founder, Julia Kline, has been dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of immigration since 2019. Ms. Kline received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School Los Angeles in 2016, after graduating magna cum laude from George Mason University. After practicing corporate and business law for several years, Ms. Kline was inspired to switch to immigration law after participating in an immigration law clinic in the Phoenix, Arizona area where she represented victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. She also represented clients incarcerated at ICE detention centers in Arizona during COVID. Since moving to South Carolina in 2021, Ms. Kline has focused on employment and family-based immigrant visas, investor visas, and equestrian sports and athlete visas. However, Ms. Kline continues to represent clients in federal immigration courts. Ms. Kline is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Arizona, and federal immigration law in all 50 states under 8 U.S. Code Chapter 12. In her free time, she enjoys life on her South Carolina farm with her husband Scott and her animals.
